As well as sourcing locally foraged truffles right here in the UK, we work with our carefully selected partners across 6 countries to source and supply only the finest quality seasonal fresh truffles available - receiving 4 shipments of fresh truffles each week. All of our truffles are completely traceable.
Our exclusive, hand-picked range of truffle products are carefully selected for flavour, aroma, quality ingredients and high truffle content. We have searched the world and tested 100s of products - and those in our Shop, are the very best.
Our Caviar is exceptional quality; and is sourced sustainably from the finest Sturgeon. It is used in many Michelin Star kitchens, and is CITES approved. This guarantees strict adherence to international quality regulations, as well as assuring sustainability, provenance and traceability.
