You have 14 calendar days to return a truffle product item from the date you received it. Some exclusions apply - see below. To be eligible for a return:
Once we receive your truffle product item, we will inspect it, notify you that we have received it and inform you on the status of your refund.
If your truffle product return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your truffle item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note some items should be sent to a different address. Please contact us BEFORE returning anything.
