We ensure that when you buy fresh truffles or caviar, they arrive in pristine condition. Fresh Truffles and Caviar are packed with utmost care. Fresh Truffles are vacuum sealed, and both are packed in insulated cool boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness. Our products are shipped with the expectation that they arrive in perfect condition, ensuring you enjoy the top quality we promise.
Whether you buy fresh truffles, caviar or truffle products; as standard, we will ship them for delivery the Next Working Day (Delivering Tuesday to Friday)*
- Order BEFORE 11am Monday - Thursday and your order will be shipped the same day, for Next Working Day Delivery (Delivery Tues - Fri).
- Order AFTER 11am Monday - Thursday and you order will be processed and shipped the following working day.
- Orders made AFTER 11am Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday with Next Working Day Delivery selected, will be delivered Tuesday the following week.
- If you want your order delivered on Saturday - You must choose the Saturday Delivery option, available for most locations. If choosing Saturday Delivery you must order before 11am on Friday.
- * Caviar orders may occasionally take an additional 24 hours - as each tin is packed fresh by hand.
You are responsible for ensuring receipt of your delivery and someone should be available to take receipt of your parcel.
You can add additional delivery instructions, preferred delivery date, or a gift message in the ORDER NOTES section at checkout.
Our fresh Truffles and Caviar are packed to stay chilled for up to 72 hours in our insulated cool boxes, alongside icepacks, during transit.
When you buy Fresh Truffles, Caviar or Frozen Truffles they will be vacuum sealed, wrapped in insulated packaging, and snuggled up with the icepacks to ensure they stay super fresh.
Usually, if your order is placed before 11am, it will be dispatched the same day.
On occasion, we may require an additional day to receive new fresh stock from abroad, or to hand pack your Caviar. Please allow up to a maximum of 24 hours handing time before new orders are dispatched.
You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your Truffle order.
If you need your fresh Truffles, Caviar or Truffle products for the weekend please select Saturday Delivery at checkout (if available for your location). Orders with Saturday delivery must be placed before 11am on Friday.
This service is a higher cost. If you don't wish to pay the premium for Saturday Delivery, please order Truffles before 11 AM Thursday latest, to avoid disappointment.
UK Delivery
Our delivery services are provided by APC, (England, Wales & Central Scotland), as well as Royal Mail UK and DHL UK for the Scottish Borders, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
All of our services are a Next Working Day Service (although deliveries to Scottish Borders, Highlands and Islands may take 1-2 days).
All orders are trackable and your tracking number will be provided when your order is dispatched.
International Delivery
Our European (EU) Truffle deliveries are traceable and require a signature (2-5 days).
Sorry, but we do not ship fresh Truffles or Caviar internationally.
