Fresh Truffle Delivery
Our fresh and frozen Truffles will stay chilled/frozen for 36 hours in our insulated cool boxes, alongside icepacks, during transit.
Using 2nd Class or other slower delivery options will result in fresh Truffles going off, becoming mouldy, and perishing in transit.
When you select Special Delivery, you will receive a tracking number for your Truffle delivery. You are responsible for ensuring receipt of your delivery and someone must be in to take receipt.
Fresh Truffles will be vacuum sealed, wrapped in insulated packaging, and snuggled up with icepacks to ensure they stay super fresh.
Truffle Handling Time
Order fresh Truffles before 1pm Monday to Thursday, and we will endeavour to dispatch your order that same day, where possible, for delivery the following day.
However, please allow up to a maximum of 24 hours handing time before orders are dispatched.
You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your fresh Truffle order, along with your tracking number if you have used Special Delivery.
Fresh Truffle orders received on Thursday after 1pm, Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, for Next Working Day Delivery.
If you need your fresh Truffles or Truffle products for the weekend, please buy Truffles before 1PM THURSDAY latest, and select Special Next Working Day delivery at checkout to avoid Truffle disappointment.
UK Truffle Delivery
Our delivery services are provided by Royal Mail UK. Both require a signature (or leave in safe place can be selected for Special Delivery), and Special Delivery is tracked end-to-end.
International Truffle Delivery
Our European (EU) Truffle deliveries are traceable and require a signature (2-5 days).
Sorry, but we do not ship fresh Truffles internationally.
