Our fresh and frozen truffles will stay chilled / frozen for 24 hours in our insulated cool boxes, alongside ice-packs, during transit. So, if you are ordering fresh truffle or frozen truffles please choose Special Next Day delivery for ultimate freshness!

HANDLING TIME

Please allow up to a maximum of 24 hours handing time before orders are dispatched. Fresh Truffle, Frozen Truffle, or Truffle Products ordered before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be processed that day where possible. Fresh Truffles ordered before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day where possible. 

Orders received on Thursday after 1pm, Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 

ORDERING FOR A WEEKEND?

If you need your fresh truffles or truffle products for the Saturday, please order before 1PM THURSDAY and select Special Next Day delivery at checkout to avoid disappointment.

Free UK Shipping on truffle products orders over £70

When you order our truffle products or buy fresh truffle, you can choose from Special Next Day (1 working day) or 2nd Class Signed For (2-3 days) delivery, when you check out. Our delivery services are provided by Royal Mail UK. Both require a signature (or leave in safe place), and Special is tracked end-to-end. 

INTERNATIOINAL DELIVERY

Free International Shipping to Europe on truffle product orders over £120.

Our European deliveries are Traceable and require a signature (2-5 days).   Shipping for truffle products to North America, Africa, the Middle East, or Asia are also tracked and require signature (5-7 days)Sorry, but we do not ship fresh or frozen truffles internationally.
