Easy Truffle Oil Caesar Salad
A classic salad uplifted with truffle oil.
Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce, chopped
- 50g Parmesan, shaved
- 100g croutons
- 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Truffle Oil
Method
- Toss lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan.
- Mix dressing with truffle oil.
- Drizzle over salad and serve.
