Description

The Oscietra Classic Caviar is a masterpiece. This type of caviar is amongst the most popular type of Caspian Sturgeon roe. It is prized for having a clean, smooth, nutty and very buttery taste with a creamy, silky texture, typical of this variety of sturgeon. Pearls are firm, medium size and golden chestnut in colour.

Shelf life: Caviar is fresh and chilled with a minimum shelf life of 6 weeks on arrival. Once opened consume within 3 days.
