Stir Fried Sesame Broccoli with Truffle
For this Stir Fried Sesame Broccoli with Truffle, you’ll need:
- Head of broccoli
- 2 tbsp Truffle Soy Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 25g ginger, peeled and sliced into matchsticks
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese rice wine
- 2 tbsp plain oil (Sunflower, Vegetable)
- Handful sesame seeds
Separate the stems and the florets from the main head. Separate the stems from the florets and slice each in half to bitesize pieces. Blanche the broccoli for 1 min in boiling water, and plunge into cold / ice water to retain the colour.
Fry the garlic and ginger over a medium heat for 30 seconds, then add the broccoli stalks. Fry for 1 min.
Add the tips / florets, the Truffle Soy Sauce, oyster sauce, sesame seeds and wine. Stir and fry for 2 mins. Serve your piping hot Stir Fried Sesame Broccoli with Truffle.
