If you wanted to make your own, instead of using our amazing Truffle Butter, try this out. Blend a high-quality butter with approximately 5g of Truffle Dust (powder), or Minced Truffle. Use as a basis for glorious sauces, melt and baste lobster, white fish, fresh prawns, new potatoes, cabbage, stuff under the skin of a whole chicken before roasting, or use to poach eggs.
+ The butter above has been smothered with fresh Truffle (Melanosporum) for ultimate decadence.
