Delicate ribbons of pasta draped in butter, Parmesan, and snowy truffle shavings.

Ingredients

• 300g fresh tagliatelle (or our Truffle Tagliolini is even better!)
• 40g unsalted butter (or turn it up a notch with our white truffle butter!)
• 50g Parmesan, grated
• 15g white truffle, shaved
• Salt and pepper

Method

• Cook tagliatelle until al dente.
• Melt butter in a large pan.
• Toss pasta with butter and Parmesan.
• Season lightly and serve with generous truffle shavings
