White Truffle Snowflake Tagliatelle
Delicate ribbons of pasta draped in butter, Parmesan, and snowy truffle shavings.
Ingredients
- 300g fresh tagliatelle (or our Truffle Tagliolini is even better!)
- 40g unsalted butter (or turn it up a notch with our white truffle butter!)
- 50g Parmesan, grated
- 15g white truffle, shaved
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook tagliatelle until al dente.
- Melt butter in a large pan.
- Toss pasta with butter and Parmesan.
- Season lightly and serve with generous truffle shavings
