Black Truffle Chocolate Truffles
A playful sweet where chocolate meets earthy truffle.
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100ml double cream
- 20g butter
- 2 tsp finely grated black truffle
- Cocoa powder to dust
Method
- Melt chocolate with cream and butter.
- Stir in grated truffle.
- Chill mixture until firm.
- Roll into balls, coat in cocoa powder.
- Store chilled until serving.
