Black Truffle Chocolate Truffles

A playful sweet where chocolate meets earthy truffle.

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml double cream
  • 20g butter
  • 2 tsp finely grated black truffle
  • Cocoa powder to dust

Method

  • Melt chocolate with cream and butter.
  • Stir in grated truffle.
  • Chill mixture until firm.
  • Roll into balls, coat in cocoa powder.
  • Store chilled until serving.
