Black Autumn Truffles

Available from September to November, Black Autumn Truffles are the “medium” variety of black truffles. They are milder than winter truffles, but more aromatic than summer truffles. Ours are sourced wild, from the hills of Tuscany and Umbria in Italy. They have a lovely garlicky quality with notes of caramel, molasses and hazelnuts.
