Truffle & Parmesan Popcorn

Give your Popcorn a gourmet makeover with this stylish snack / food gift idea!

You’ll Need:

  • 80ml Sunflower Oil
  • 400g packet popcorn kernals
  • 2 tablespoons truffle salt
  • 80g finely grated parmesan

In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and half the popcorn over a low-medium heat. Cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes, shaking the pan often – until the popping sounds are only 1 every 2 seconds.

Repeat with the remaining half of the oil and popcorn

(you can cheat here with plain unsalted popcorn from a packet, or a microwave packet)

Whilst still warm, add the parmesan and truffle salt and toss well to combine.
