Truffled Crispy Roast Chicken Thighs
Juicy truffled chicken thighs with crisp skin.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Truffle Salt and pepper
Method
- Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Roast at 200 °C for 40 minutes, or until skin is crispy.
- Drizzle truffle oil over before serving.
