Black Truffle & Wild Mushroom Tart

A rustic tart with flaky pastry, earthy mushrooms, and truffle.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 250g wild mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100ml crème fraîche
  • 50g Gruyère, grated
  • 20g black truffle, shaved

Method

  • Roll out pastry onto a baking tray, score a border.
  • Sauté mushrooms until golden.
  • Mix crème fraîche with Gruyère, spread inside border.
  • Top with mushrooms.
  • Bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Shave truffle over before serving.
