Black Truffle Pizza Bianca

A white pizza crowned with truffle shavings.

Ingredients

  • 250g pizza dough
  • 100ml crème fraîche
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 40g Parmesan
  • 30g black truffle, shaved

Method

  • Stretch dough on a baking tray.
  • Spread crème fraîche over base.
  • Scatter mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Bake at 220 °C for 12–15 minutes.
  • Shave truffle generously over the top.
