Pasteurized Sheep’s Milk (Origin of Milk: Italy), Black Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Min. 1%, salt, rennet, flavourings. Surface treated with preservatives E 235, E203 – Non edible rind. Does not contain GMOs.
THE RIND IS NOT EDIBLE AND SHOULD BE REMOVED
As each cheese is made by hand, they are not exactly uniform in weight, but each will be minimum 400g.
