Black Truffle & Wild Mushroom Tart
A rustic tart with flaky pastry, earthy mushrooms, and truffle.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 250g wild mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100ml crème fraîche
- 50g Gruyère, grated
- 20g black truffle, shaved
Method
- Roll out pastry onto a baking tray, score a border.
- Sauté mushrooms until golden.
- Mix crème fraîche with Gruyère, spread inside border.
- Top with mushrooms.
- Bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
- Shave truffle over before serving.
