Perigord Truffles, or Black Winter Truffles – The most aromatic, deep and complex of all fresh black Truffles. Ours are sourced wild in perfect conditions, from North Eastern Spain, as well as from Manjimup, Western Australia in their winter time (our summer). They have a deeply complex musky, mushroom, liquorice and chocolate aroma.
