This Black Winter Truffle Oil is a special, new addition to our product range. A Spanish Extra Virgin Oil, infused with Black Winter Truffles (tuber Melanosporum / aka “Perigord”). These truffles are the finest variety of all black truffles, and offer a luxurious heady complexity and depth of flavour. Dried mushrooms, chocolate, molasses, a mild red fruit notes permeate this exquisite oil, and bring a more sophisticated flavour profile without being overpowering.

A beautiful black truffle aroma and delicious flavour leads the taste, before developing and mellowing into a smooth, slightly peppery olive and rounded, creamy finish. Drizzle over Pizza, Salads or Risotto.
