The Oscietra Classic Caviar is a masterpiece. This type of caviar is the most popular type of Caspian Sturgeon roe. It is prized for having a clean, smooth, nutty and very buttery taste with a creamy, silky texture, typical of this variety of sturgeon. Pearls are firm, medium size and golden chestnut in colour. This caviar is our most popular, and lingers long in the mind after the heavenly taste fades.

Shelf life: Caviar is fresh and chilled with a minimum shelf life of 6 weeks on arrival. Once opened consume within 3 days.
