Originally from the Amur river, Kaluga Caviar tastes of the sea with buttery overtones. It has a super creamy mouthfeel, with savoury notes. Kaluga is sometimes referred to as river beluga caviar. It’s colour varies from medium grey to light brown with gold/blue highlights and a glossy finish. It is one of our most exclusive selections.

Species: Huso Dauricus

Egg Size: 3-4mm (Medium to Large) size with thin shell

Egg Colour: Chestnut-Golden to Grey-Brown

Shelf life: Caviar is fresh and chilled with a minimum shelf life of 6 weeks on arrival. Once opened consume within 3 days.
