Description
An excellent fresh caviar sourced sustainably from the Acipenser Baerii sturgeon also known as the Siberian Sturgeon. It is also sometimes called Siberian Caviar. It is highly popular and another less expensive alternative to the exquisite and most luxurious caviar sourced from the Beluga. Super smooth, delicate and creamy; it is perfect to eat on its own or to use as a delicious canape garnish. Baerii Caviar is recognised for its pure, elegant flavour and exquisite eggs which are both fine and clear. Colours range from black/ steely grey /brown tones.
This caviar is wonderful for canapes. Add a layer of Baerii Caviar to provide a modern twist to a traditional steak tartare! It is best enjoyed chilled on blinis or toast points with crème fraîche, or as a sophisticated garnish for dishes like scrambled eggs or smoked salmon canapés.
