Tuber Melanosporum aka “Perigord” Black Winter Truffles – The most aromatic, deep and complex of all fresh black Truffles. Ours are sourced wild in perfect conditions, from North Eastern Spain. We also source them from our partners in Manjimup (W. Australia) during the UK summertime – which is their winter! They have a deeply complicated musky, mushroom, liquorice and chocolate aroma.
