A perfect combination of two species of Sturgeon. The royal marriage of the Kaluga and Shassetra sturgeons (Acipenser Schrenckii & Huso Dauricus) makes for an exceptional caviar, known for its distinct briney, zesty, yet creamy flavour.
A visual stunner, the Imperial caviar has a deep and shimmery coloring and fills the palate with creamy, briny flavors with each individual grain. The eggs are firm and big. This high quality caviar is often referred to as River Beluga and is the among the highest quality you can purchase in the UK.
