    Lovely in cooking. Smells delicious. To me the flavour of this isn’t very strong until it’s cooked into something, like stirred into a sauce before serving. I have a huge tolerance for strong flavours so my tastes are probably not representative. Beautiful product that arrived in perfect condition.

    Yummy. Umami! Oh Mummy, I enjoy it mixed with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Love it. I’m so many dishes. It adds so much flavour mixed into a chicken pie. :yum:

    Not sure. It is delicious and unlike some competitor truffle dusts, doesn’t cake into an unusable lump. But, to get enough truffle flavour for my taste preference, I have to use eg 3 or four good sized pinches over a three egg omelette. I normally don’t salt my food and cook minimally with salt so I’m using a lot more than I’d wish to but once sprinkled, it does taste very good.
