Ready to use from the jar, this Italian Black Truffle Sauce (“Tartufata”) is a gloriously balanced blend of finely diced Black Summer Truffles and Champignon Mushrooms. It makes an excellent sauce for Pasta, Meats, as a base sauce for Pizza, or really any savoury or dairy dish. Or simply use it as a wonderful accompaniment to a fine cheese. Although the main ingredient is mushroom, it holds a strong truffle flavour and a lovely light texture.

Black Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, salt, natural emulsifier, spices, flavouring.
