Our Truffle Dust is a powder of finely crushed freeze-dried Black Autumn Truffles (Uncinatum) and a tiny pinch of Sea Salt; perfect to season any savoury dish with the magic of truffle. The freeze drying process hugely concentrates the heady truffle aroma and taste. This is activated as soon as it hits the steam of a hot dish – releasing that glorious truffle flavour.

A pinch mixed in made such a difference to the eggs, was wonderful. Tasted exactly like fresh truffle shavings, very pleased.
Yummy. Umami! Oh Mummy, I enjoy it mixed with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Love it. I’m so many dishes. It adds so much flavour mixed into a chicken pie. :yum:

Loved the flavour.
Not sure. It is delicious and unlike some competitor truffle dusts, doesn’t cake into an unusable lump. But, to get enough truffle flavour for my taste preference, I have to use eg 3 or four good sized pinches over a three egg omelette. I normally don’t salt my food and cook minimally with salt so I’m using a lot more than I’d wish to but once sprinkled, it does taste very good.
Yummy with a buttery truffle taste. Much lower salt content than “truffle” salt. Perfect on popcorn!
Great addition to cooking savoury dishes. A small pinch goes a long way.
