Black Truffles are what we do!

Black Truffles are hardier and longer lasting than white truffle varieties. They have a thicker “peridium” (skin) and will last up to 10 days if cared for correctly. Summer, Autumn and Winter each produce different, and increasingly aromatic varieties of Black Truffle.
